Bacon Wrapped Scallops


  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 2 tbsp garlic butter
  • Wooden skewers


Preheat oven to 450.
Wrap each scallop with 1/2 piece of bacon and place on skewer. I put three scallops on each skewer. Depending on size of scallops, you will usually have 3-5 skewers. Place scallops on a foil lined baking sheet.

Place baking sheet in oven and let cook for 30 minutes, turning skewers over halfway through. Remove from oven when bacon is crispy and pour garlic butter over top.
